Planking

Sam graduated from Massage Therapy School on Thursday so we celebrated at Spoon It Up!

As we were enjoying our delicious treats we came to the topic of planking. 
I had just recently heard briefly of planking. I am not one to get sucked into silly fads such as this, but I was intrigued.

A quick intro to planking before I continue...

Planking or the lying down game is an activity consisting of lying face down in an unusual or incongruous location. The hands must touch the sides of the body and having a photograph of the participant taken and posted on the Internet is an integral part of the game.Players compete to find the most unusual and original location in which to play. The term planking refers to mimicking a wooden plank.

We thought we would try it out.

So many things that are plank able! Like other people...

Poles that hold shopping carts, newspaper stands, 
Red Box machines, trailers, electric boxes, and gates to dumpsters.

Try planking for yourself! Its oddly addicting. 
I can't go anywhere now without looking for things I could plank.
