Gelato

Have you tried the Gelato from Costco? We finally did and it was wonderful! 
If you know my family (mainly my Dad) you understand that for us, eating ice cream is as important as eating your veggies.

Jay and I each got three huge scoops in a waffle cone. 
After eating the first scoop Jay surrendered and I gladly took over. 
As he watched me down almost 6 scoops of Gelato he laughs and says, "You really have grown up on this haven't you?" Ha ha yep!

That led to sharing some fun stories from my childhood of eating ice cream with Dad.

 I called dear old Dad the next day to tell him about the Gelato. 
As I was telling him, I found myself craving more and contemplating another trip. 
Dad of course supported this idea and told me to go get more. So I did!

It was also a little way of celebrating my new job.
