Christmas Vacation 2011

Jay loves to leave bright and early for our roadtrips.
At least I just get to sleep, and awake to a beautiful sunrise.
Our first stop was in Irvine where we spent Christmas Eve going out to breakfast with Mike, Kari, Marin, Jerris and a couple of their friends.
Later in the day, we got together with Grandpa and Grandma Patchell and ate dinner, read stories and opened up a few presents, including Christmas jammies.

Christmas morning we opened up our presents from Kari, Mike and Jerris.
Then we headed off to Rich and Renee's in Corona for the tradional cinnamon roll feast and more presents!

In the afternoon, we went to my parent's house to eat dinner with the Martin family (my Mom's side) and MORE opening of presents!
Jay helped grandma learn how to work her new kindle.

To follow up with traditions, the day after Christmas, the Bramwell family (my Dad's side) came over.
We made Chili then watched totally awesome slides from the 70's- my Dad's High School Graduation, Mission Farewell, and Mom and Dad's wedding.

We love our families and all the fun Christmas celebrations!
