January

January was peaceful, relaxing, and so snowy.

One morning just after waking up, I looked out the window and noticed that there were snowflakes on the branches. 
I had never seen real snowflakes before. It was so magical. 

Poor Mouse is missing her daily walks to the park.

This time of year usually makes me a bit gloomy. 
Thank goodness that has not been the case this year. 

Emotionally, I am at the top of my game. And physically, I'm getting there. J
ay and I have been making an effort to attend the gym as often as we can.

The semester is going well for Jay. 
Having his internship lined up for summer has made things a lot less stressful. But that doesn't mean he hasn't been working just as hard. 

The hours he spends at school and doing homework... I know I couldn't do it. 
But he does it, and makes it look easy. 

On top of all the hours of school and studying, the man still makes plenty of time for me.
He's so handsome and wonderful. 
I love him to pieces.
