Kellogg's Field Study Presentation | Battlecreek Michigan

Remember Jay's Field Study
A couple of weeks ago, he finally wrapped it up with another trip to Michigan to present what he and his group had been working on; framing the learning and development strategy for Kellogg.

The night before Jay's trip, we were treated to a dinner at La Jolla Groves with the former CHRO and the head campus recruiter for Kellogg's.
Other members of Jay's team and their spouses were there as well.
It was a wonderful night with some really great people, and quite possibly some of the best food I've ever tasted.
This project was something the team had been working on all semester.
They put 14 + hours a week into it, on top of all other their normal classes and homework.
Needless to say, it was kind of a big deal.

The trip to Battlecreek was short and very tiring.
Once the team arrived, they prepped their presentation til 1 in the morning. Because of nerves and stress, Jay wasn't able to fall asleep til about 3.
At 6, Jay woke up, got ready, prepped some more with his team, then gave his presentation- all while running on 3 hours of sleep.
Kellogg's was very pleased!
After it was all over, the team was relieved and anxious to get back home and get some rest.
They had some time to kill before their plane took off, so they went bowling!
