Swimming with dolphins seemed like a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing, but I was hesitant at first.
Dolphins are known to be good with people, but that doesn't change the fact that they are large sea creatures with sharp teeth!
Then we jumped in the water and I saw how amazingly friendly and beautiful these animals really are.
The dolphins played and danced with us, gave us kisses, and took us for rides.
The water was SO salty it burned your eyes.
Touching the dolphins was like touching silk.
We learned that they rest each side of their brain at separate times but never sleep, they live up to 45 years,
and they shed their skin every two hours.
Jay and I agree that swimming with dolphins was the highlight of the trip.
There was a photographer and a videographer capturing the experience.

After our play-date with the dolphins, we ate some food at a little Mexican restaurant in the resort.
Iguanas nearly 6 feet long roamed around the place like it was no big deal.

We took a bus ride back to the ship, then we cruised to our next destination.
