Our neighborhood pool was one of the biggest draws to our house while house hunting in December/January. So you can imagine I was a little bummed when they closed the pool for maintenance in early April. The weather started to heat up towards the end of May and the pool was STILL closed. It was a frustrating ordeal that lead to me contacting several different people within the HOA, simply trying to get information as to when the pool would be opening up. I kept getting inaccurate information and it was getting to the point where I walked over to the pool every single day constantly getting my hopes up. The last two weeks when it was closed was particularly frustrating because I hardly ever saw anybody out there working on it. Finally at the beginning of June the pool opened, just in time for the desert heat to really kick in (the weather projects 100 degrees+ all week).
So if you need us, we'll basically be poolside until September.
