Thread Holder

I consider myself a mediocre seamstress.
When I can afford it one day, I'd love to buy a sewing machine and kick up my skills a little bit.
For now, my basic knowledge of sewing on buttons and patching up holes has come in handy.
However, I have been in need of an organized way to store my supplies.
This little DIY thread holder was so easy!
It cost me nothing because I already had the fabric and jar.
And it took maybe 15 minutes.

That's a cute idea. I just might have to try that. Did you just stuff the fabric with fabric scraps and glue it to the flat part that goes underneath the part that screws on?

Yep that is exactly what I did! I would have used wool stuffing instead of the fabric scraps but I just worked with what I had.
