About a month ago I just knew it was time to get it over with, so I booked us an appointment with a Dentist.
Its been 3 years for me and at least 3 for Jay. There's no excuse for our procrastination.

I couldn't sleep the night before, the anticipation is always the worst part.
But we are both excited to say that we really like our dentist and we are both cavity FREE.
It was such a contrast to the visits as a kid. Today the dentist even told me, "Your x-rays are too boring for me."

On the way home, Jay and I talked about how grateful we are to have healthy teeth.
Of course the daily care is a huge factor, but I thought about the Word of Wisdom and kind of had an "ah-ha" moment.
I've been blessed with strength to refrain from things that are harmful to my body (teeth), and I'm just so grateful to have seen the good results that have come of it.
