The BYU MBA program requires that all students sign a waiver that says they will not hold a job for their first year of school.
The program is so busy, its a full time job in itself. Because of this requirement, Jay had to quit his job at First Choice.

Jay started out at the company 3 years ago as an intern.
Within a couple months he was hired on as a full time employee auditing paperwork for patients.
Then he was hired to work in the HR department part-time, while still auditing paperwork.

First Choice has been such an awesome experience for Jay.
It gave him the work experience he needed to be accepted into the MBA program, and he met and became friends with some pretty great people.
First Choice was a good experience for me too! On days off, I would meet Jay for lunch in the lunchroom where his co workers would come in and talk to us.
Everyone was so wonderful and would always tell me what an amazing husband I have.

The night before his last day of work I pulled a sneaky and decorated/trashed his desk.
The next morning he sent me a picture of the mess, then I called him...
Rachel: Oh interesting, who did that?
Jay: I don't know... I think it might have been Brandy!
Rachel: Oh. Ummm did you read the card?
Jay: No.
Rachel: Well read it!
He calls me back and says, "You did this!!?"
He was so surprised :).
I surprised him again when I showed up to his office on the last day.
His co workers held a lunch for him with all kinds of amazing food, and then they told their favorite "Jay" moment.
They all made it very apparent how they loved working with him and how much he will be missed.

I'm so proud of my hard working man!
So many new adventures lie ahead in just the next two years as he ventures through the MBA program, and we can't wait!
