I panicked a little when I realized we have been in Memphis for 6 weeks already. The summer is halfway over!
There is a part of me excited to get back to our home in Provo with our decor, our clothes, and our bed
[down-sizing from a cali king to a queen has been a rough adjustment].
But doing new things and seeing new places has been amazing! I just want to keep going, keep traveling and exploring.
Also, I am so stinking spoiled... I've been on vacation for 6 weeks! It's been beyond wonderful.
I hate knowing that it wont last forever.

A little rundown of a typical day...
Jay goes to the gym, and then gets ready for work while I pack him a lunch, and feed Mouse.
7:00- I drop Jay off at the Eaton's house, then Mike drives them to work.
Sometimes when I come home I snooze for a bit more. But most of the time, I love having an early start.
Once I'm up and I've eaten breakfast, I take Mouse on a walk.
Next is the gym,
Sometimes there are errands to run and little chores to do.
Once all is accomplished- I shower, read, blog or write in my journal, and plan our weekend activities.
[My favorite book of the summer.]

Next, dinner prep. It's been so great having time and energy to prepare some new meals. See recipe blog.
5:30- Pick Jay up from Mike's.
We come home, eat dinner, and watch Prison Break [our latest and greatest obsession].
I love having extra time with my man, without all that homework nonsense.

Memphis has been good to us. If we end up back here in a year, we would be thrilled.
We shall see what is to come. For now, we are grateful for the experience Memphis and Kellogg's has brought
and we're just trying to embrace the time that's left.
