Last for the Kellogg's Intern

Jay successfully completed his 12 week internship with Kellogg's.
Jay amazes me... He works so hard, makes it look like it's no big deal, and never complains.
The internship was stressful, educational, and fun. He put in some really long days and had to deal with a few issues at work,
but he learned new things and enjoyed going out to lunch often with his new friends.

Meanwhile, I got to stay home and do whatever the heck I wanted for 12 weeks.
I did make his lunches, and took over the duties of cooking, chores, and errands.
But I didn't mind it one bit. I was just so grateful for my hard-working man, I wanted to show my appreciation.
I love Jay. Not just for working hard through this summer, but for his constant drive to support our family.

The goal for this internship was to get a full-time job offer for 2014 [once Jay receives his MBA].
And...
HE DID IT!!!! Jay was offered a full-time job with Kellogg's!
It still feels unreal. We don't even know where we would be going yet, and the starting date is still 8 months away,
but just knowing there is a job waiting for him once he's done with school is such a relief.
So much good has come from this internship. We feel so blessed!

Looking sharp for his last day
Lookie what he brought home. [Since we haven't accumulated enough Kellogg's products in the last 12 weeks.]
