Ever since Jay received his job offer from Kellogg's, we have been dying of suspense wondering,
where are they going to send us??
where are they going to send us??
We know Jay will be part of a rotational program, consisting of three rotations. Each rotation will last 18-24 months.
Basically, we will be moving every year and half - two years, three times.
We could even potentially go international! Jay and I would thrilled for an opportunity like that.
A couple weeks ago Kellogg's reached out to Jay and basically said,
Here are your five potential locations- you pick your top three, then from there, we will pick your location;
Denver, Colorado
Omaha, Nebraska
Cincinnati, Ohio
Battle Creek, Michigan
Lancaster, Pennsylvania
In the six days they gave us to pick our top three, we researched, prayed, discussed, and lost a few hours of sleep.
Nothing stood out. We came to the conclusion that we would be happy anywhere.
So Jay told Kellogg's that we would go wherever they needed him the most.
And now we're back to the waiting game.
It's a bit of a stressful waiting game, but honestly, we have such great faith in our future with this wonderful company.
We know we will be taken care of no matter where we go.
Kellogg's hosted a Tailgate party for the BYU Football game on September 21st.
It was a good time mingling with some of our MBA friends, and also gave me a chance to get to know more of the Kellogg's Team.
