Slater's 50/50 Burgers | January 3rd
Slater's is unique because they make their patties with half ground bacon, and half ground beef. Hence the "50/50".
And they serve all sorts of bacon concoctions like: bacon ketchup, and fried bacon mac n' cheese balls. Definitely a manly restaurant.
The burgers were delicious, but HUGE.
That night, Marin and Jerris came over to get their hair done.
Marin, Jerris, Rich, Renee, Ashley, Freddy, Natllely, James, Jay and I had a fun night playing games.
On Saturday morning Jay and I drove back to Provo.
It's always sad to leave our family, but I was excited to sleep in my own bed, and not be living out of a suitcase.
Coming home after being away always seems to give me a new perspective. Especially with it being a new year.
We came home and I just felt so thankful for our little apartment, our life together, and all the things we have to look forward to this coming year!
