The Midway ice castles are built by hand, and made from more than 20,000,000 pounds of ice.
It has been such a hoppin place this winter. We were excited to experience it for ourselves!

After exploring the ice castles, we all went out for pizza at a little cafe called Cafe Galleria.
We talked mostly about the MBA program. We each took turns sharing our highs and lows of the MBA experience.
I couldn't think of a single low. This whole MBA experience has been nothing but a huge blessing in our lives. And it's been so fun!
On the way home we pulled over at Deer Creek to see the frozen lake.
