Baby Jensen Number Two | 4 Weeks

I was very diligent in documenting my pregnancy with Evelyn, taking weekly photos and recording weekly symptoms and information about her growth. I have no regrets in doing so. But as part of my preparation in becoming a mother of two, I've been looking for ways to simplify my life and am practicing letting things go. I'm striving to be more efficient and smart with the way I spend my extra time when Evelyn is sleeping. Blogging has always been very important to me. It's something I consider a priority in my life and I get stressed out when I'm behind. I'm behind a little more these days due to the lack of mental energy from trying to keep up with a toddler all day and getting up with that toddler multiple times in the night. So I've set a goal to be more diligent in my blog updates and have concluded that a monthly pregnancy update is more realistic for me this time around, at least until the very end of my pregnancy.

Trimester: First.
Baby: No bigger than a poppy seed. The ball of cells has completed it's journey from the fallopian tube to my uterus.
Movement: None.
Symptoms: Mild cramping, head aches, gassy, emotional, increased appetite, and exhausted.
Cravings: Anything and everything.
Sleep: Great besides waking up 2-3 times with Evelyn.
Exercise: Swimming, and walking whenever it's not too hot, which isn't very often. I don't do as much regular structured exercise anymore, but I feel living in a two story house keeping up with daily chores and chasing after a toddler all day counts as pretty good exercise.
Stretch marks: None.
Total weight gain: None.
Swelling: None.
Maternity Clothes: Nope.
Belly Button: In.
Doctor's Visit: Scheduled for June 15th.
What I'm Looking Forward to: First doctor's visit to hear the heartbeat.
Best Moment of the Month: Taking a positive pregnancy test!
Worst Moment of the Month: None.
