When I asked Jay about his favorite part of fatherhood this far:
"Just being a person that someone so little and precious looks to for love and protection."
I'm so grateful to witness this love between him and Evelyn. He protects her, teaches her, and makes her laugh. And she thinks the world of him, I just know it. After all she's been saying "dada" since she was at least ten months old.
Jay was made to be a father and he does it flawlessly. I'm so grateful to have him as a husband and as a father to my children. There is truly no better man for the job. And I'm so thankful to my dear father for setting the bar high in showing me what a good man looks like.
